This is an invitation to people whose weight has become a barrier to life. With hypnotherapy, we change how we think about the struggles we face. Instead of approaching the body as a machine that needs the right food and exercise, hypnotherapy shows us that our bodies give us necessary information about the beliefs we have of ourselves. The struggle with weight teaches us something that our subconscious minds want us to know. Hypnosis does indeed help with suggestions for craving the right foods and exercise, which I will gladly help with. But like any weight program, that’s a partial fix. Hypnotherapy, on the other hand, moves us toward whole and complete change by responding to what the subconscious mind wants us to know.
